Goodwill Industries of the Pioneer Valley, Inc. is deeply inspired by a rich history and since 1925 has continually been motivated by one basic premise of providing - "a hand up - not a hand out" to the thousands of people in need of services each year.

The Goodwill Industries of the Pioneer Valley, in acknowledging that work is a cornerstone of life, has not lost sight of the fact that a foundation is made up of four cornerstones and they are: our home, our work, our relationships and the intangibles that feed our spirit. The services of this Goodwill are inclusive of all the cornerstones, and above all else, support each individual in the way that will best meet their needs.
