Goodwill Industries of the Springfield/Hartford Area, Inc. invites the general public to attend the Grand Opening Celebration for their new Super Store in Westfield. The new store is located on Route 20 in Westfield in the former CVS building at 47-51 Franklin Street. The Grand Opening will run August 16-18 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

The new store has been freshly remodeled and is brimming with wonderful merchandise. Throughout the day there will be raffles, prizes, balloons and lots of fun. Come in early to discover all of the great bargains in furniture, household items, clothing and toys.
This is the first of several Goodwill Super Stores that Goodwill Industries of the Springfield/Hartford Area, Inc. plans to open. Over the past year Goodwill has expanded their Work Center in Springfield, upgraded their retail stores and enhanced their community services. “This new store in Westfield is a real example of the growth we have worked so hard to achieve,” says Goodwill’s president Steve Mundahl. “We are committed to providing career opportunities for the disabled and disadvantaged and our stores provide the financial foundation for those services.”

Donations of gently used clothing, housewares, toys and shoes are currently being accepted at the Westfield location. Attendants will be on site to offer tax receipts. Details on items that Goodwill can and cannot accept as donations can be found on our donation page. Supporting the new Westfield retail store with frequent donations impacts the lives of hundreds of individuals in the Pioneer Valley.
